Do you take in customization?

As of now, all designs are fixed and no customizations can be done.

What's the shipping fee?

Our shipping is a flat rate of $4.50 island-wide. Note that we do not offer shipping to Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa or Changi Airport.

How long does shipping take?

Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-3 business days.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. 

Do you offer international shipping?

No, as of now we do not ship internationally, but we are open to this possibility if there's demand for it.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on the carrier's website.
